  I gave this store 4 stars because they have everything else I need in stock, and they have always been courteous and quick in the checkout line. Plus they have lots of sales. Their prices are a bit high for a lot of things, like all of the Rite Aid stores, but the service and selection makes up for it. Rite Aid pharmacies are always the WORST, and that's why the store only got 4 stars. My "favorite" experience was when I went in at 11PM in Oakland. It was the only pharmacy open. The pharmacist was the only one there, no one waiting. He was not filling scrip, but ignored us for 15 minutes. He seemed angry we'd bothered him. There was no one waiting, but it still took over an hour to fill the prescription I needed right after being discharged from the hospital. I was so weak I ended up sitting on the dirty floor because there were no chairs in the waiting area. If he'd been any slower, I'd have ended up in the ER to get a dose of the scrip he could have filled in 5 minutes. I think they need to either: 1. Retrain their whole corporate pharmacy staff, 2. Pay them better, or 3. Get an entirely new staff.
